Find Your Advisor

I believe wellness is about more than what happens in the gym—and financial wellness is an important part of the picture. Before becoming a financial advisor, I earned my degree in psychology and spent years working in health and wellness as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and wellness coordinator. Since 2009, I’ve taught everything from cycling and treadmill classes to yoga, helping people build confidence, stay accountable, and recognize what they’re capable of.
Today, I bring that same mindset into financial planning. Through my work as an advisor and my passion for women’s wellness, I’ve become increasingly interested in how our finances connect with the rest of our lives—including stress, relationships, emotional well-being, confidence, and the expectations we place on ourselves. I’m not approaching this blog as someone who has it all figured out. I’m still learning and growing myself, and I hope to share some of those lessons along the way.
My goal is to create a space where we can have honest conversations about taking care of ourselves—financially, physically, and emotionally—while giving ourselves a little more grace in the process.
