CFP®️ Team
The CFP® certification through the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Board of Standards represents a standard of excellence for Financial Advisors. CFPs® are required to maintain the highest standards of integrity, competence, objectivity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
To be eligible for the CFP® certification, advisors must meet educational requirements and have at least 3 years of full-time experience in financial planning. CFP® candidates must also pass the comprehensive CFP® Certification Examination and meet or exceed the CFP® Board’s Fitness Standards for Candidates and Registrants.
Candidates must also agree to abide by the CFP® Board’s Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility and comply with the CFP® Board’s Financial Planning Practice Standards. These standards of ethics and responsibilities make it clear to clients that their needs and interests always come first.
Over a third of our Financial Advisors are CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERS™ at Allen & Company.
