Josué is passionate about financial education. His path into wealth management began with a fascination for how people make decisions. Originally on a pre-law track as a political science student, Josué became increasingly interested in the economic forces behind public policy, consumer behavior, and financial decision-making. The deeper he studied economics and finance, the more he came to view markets as a reflection of millions of individual choices, incentives, fears, and aspirations.
Drawn to the challenge of identifying patterns, solving complex problems, and turning insights into action, Josué found a natural fit in the investment industry. Over the course of his career, Josué has served diverse clients including businesses, families, entrepreneurs, and endowments, employing nuanced knowledge of each client’s financial, tax, and legacy considerations.
Josué met his wife, Erica, through the Campus Outreach ministry at Florida Southern College. Today, the Blancos reside in Lakeland, Florida, with their growing family and yellow lab, Vinatieri.
Without the examples set by others who were willing to serve, Josué would not be where he is today. Now serving as a deacon at his church and as a high school soccer coach, he is proud to give back to the community that has invested so much in him.
Josué’s most prized possession isn’t something you would find in a collection or a showroom. It is an otherwise ordinary coin given to him by his grandfather, a Costa Rican coffee farmer. Though small and modest in appearance, it carries his Abuelito’s reminder to treasure small beginnings.
