Ariana Koruschak

Ariana joined Allen & Company as an intern during her junior and senior years of college. She graduated in 2019 from the University of Florida with degrees in economics and business and accepted a full-time position with the firm as a Client Service Associate upon graduation. In this role, she developed a strong foundation in client relationships, financial planning support, and service excellence.

Ariana earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in April 2023, demonstrating her dedication to helping clients plan for what matters most. She continued working closely with clients and expanding her planning experience before stepping into the Financial Advisor role in March 2026. Today, she works one-on-one with individuals and families to help them feel confident and guided in their financial decisions.

Ariana is an avid Florida Gators fan—especially football and basketball—and enjoys attending games with her husband, Seth. She’s also a devoted Tampa Bay Lightning fan and loves connecting with clients over sports. Building meaningful relationships is at the heart of what she does, and she thrives on collaborating with clients to find solutions during challenging and important moments in their financial lives.

Ariana Koruschak is registered with, and holds her Series 7 and 66 registrations through LPL Financial. She also holds life, health, and variable annuities insurance licenses.
