Katrina joined the Allen & Company team in 2023 with a background in customer service and sales. As a curious and dedicated lifelong learner, she is so grateful for the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally in her role as a client service associate. Katrina combines practical experience with a passion for continuous growth as she assists Holland in implementing processes to serve their clients best.
Although she grew up in the Midwest, Katrina moved to Florida in 2013 to live in year-round summer. She enjoys spending time in nature with her husband, whether it’s paddle boarding in the springs, hitting the beach, or just going on a walk. In her free time, you can find her playing board games with friends, reading, or talking about the book she just read.
