The Elmhorst Group is thrilled to announce an exciting new chapter for our team. We are welcoming a new member, my daughter and Client Service Associate, Kelsey Elmhorst Wesche, whose addition reflects both the growth of our practice and our commitment to exceptional service.
Kelsey’s Background and Experience
Kelsey graduated from Florida Southern College in 2022 with a major in Communications and a minor in Business Administration. I tried to recruit her to Allen & Company, but I wasn’t successful at the time. Looking back, that was a blessing in disguise. Over the past three years, Kelsey gained valuable experience in marketing and project coordination for a local commercial contractor, sharpening her skills in organization, communication, and client service. Those experiences will complement what we do here perfectly. I’m so happy she’s finally joining us, I can’t even tell you!
Kelsey brings a passion for serving others. She earned her degree from Florida Southern College in 2022, graduating with a major in Communications and a minor in Business Administration.
Rooted in Lakeland and Committed to Service
In 2023, Kelsey and her husband, Zach, were married at First Presbyterian Church of Lakeland, a community that continues to play an important role in their lives. She is also a proud graduate of Leadership Lakeland Class XLI.
Both Kelsey and Zach are actively involved with the United Way of Central Florida and their church, demonstrating a deep commitment to giving back.
Her Role: Enhancing the Client Experience
On our team, Kelsey will strengthen The Elmhorst Group by enhancing the client experience and supporting our mission to provide service with care and professionalism. Her expertise and energy will help us continue to deliver the personalized attention our clients deserve.
Why This Milestone Matters
To me, this milestone is more than just growth, it’s a reflection of the success of our practice. The need for another team member speaks to the trust our clients place in us. On a personal level, it’s also a point of pride that we’ve built a team so strong and inspiring that even my own children would want to be part of it.
This new chapter energizes me and reaffirms my commitment to this profession. I’m excited to continue serving our clients, growing our practice, and working alongside Jason Martinez, my son-in-law Zach Wesche, and now my daughter such an incredible team for many years to come.
