Growing up in the Midwest, Dana graduated magna cum laude from Ferris State University before earning her master’s degree from Ashland University. Her dedication to professional growth led her to attain the prestigious Certified Financial Planner ™ (CFP ®) designation. Dana joined Allen & Company as a Financial Advisor in 2012 after a decade as a public-school teacher and basketball coach. With a strong foundation in education and a focus on guiding people toward their financial goals, Dana strives to have a positive, lasting impact on the lives of those she serves.
Immersed in her community, Dana has served on the boards of United Way of Central Florida, The Lakeland Chamber of Commerce, EMERGE Lakeland and Junior Achievement. She is also a graduate of Leadership Lakeland Class XXXIV (the best class ever and forever). Away from the office, Dana and her husband Marshall, remain very busy coaching and cheering on their three children’s activities. Over a rare free moment, Dana also enjoys reading to unwind.
Dana Hurley holds the Series 7 and 66 registrations with LPL Financial. She also holds her life, health and variable annuities insurance licenses.
