You Can’t Go Back to School if You Never Left
“Return with us now to those thrilling days of yesteryear…” Okay, so I’m not the Lone Ranger, or Tonto, or even Silver (and no, I’m not one, just part of Silver either; shame on you for suggesting it). Not bird, nor plane, nor even frog, it’s just little ole me: Underdog. Okay, again, so I am not any of those, but perhaps you can see how I spent my summer days in the early 1960s. Therefore, I am going to take a little different route in sharing a unique experience of going off to college, i.e., “to school.”

Back to School We Go
After a summer of blistering heat (at least in Florida), the calendar is somehow turning to August, College Football is nearly back in action, and for kids across the country, the mixed feelings of excitement to see friends, dread for the daily grind of homework, and nervousness over what a new school year will bring, fill the air.
