Our thoughts are with you and your families, as we navigate distantly, yet together, through the ever-changing circumstances of COVID-19 and all that is within the path of impact.  This current environment that we find ourselves in requires us collectively,to be mindful of our daily interactions, and we, as your trusted business partner are no different.  It is important that you are aware of our position relative to our operations and manner in which we serve you.

Our associates continue to provide the daily services that are necessary regarding your financial planning needs,  by ensuring timely responses to your requests as we have always done.  In spite of COVID-19, we are fully functional and diligently at work on your behalf.  Our hours remain the same, should you drop by the office, please understand that we have locked the front door to reduce unnecessary foot traffic that potentially puts us all at risk.  We strongly encourage you to access your advisor by phone.  This is the smartest choice during these unparalleled times, a safety measure for our clients and business partners.  Take comfort in knowing that our associates have the ability to remote access all that is needed in order to maintain the priority of putting our clients’ needs first.  The decision to move half of our associates to work remotely was made with great confidence in the suite of platforms available to us as your financial planner.  This best practice has served us well, without disruption to serving you.  It is imperative that we do our part in flattening the curve of the virus.

Our hours of operation are only impacted by the market being open or closed, we are here from 8:30am to 5:00pm! Any additional updates regarding our operation will be shared on our website.

You have access to your advisor either by phone, email or our website.

Our online access to accounts is available 24/7.   Remember, if you have not spoken with your advisor since the transition to LPL Financial, you will need to do so in order to access your account.  Your Wells Fargo credentials will not allow access to your account.

Our offices are cleaned every evening once our associates have left for the day.

Should the need arise, we encourage our associates to utilize our telemedicine benefit as their first resource in an effort to prevent further taxing the medical community.

Over the many years we have worked together, we have experienced extreme market conditions.  Albeit, the force behind the current market is unique, maybe this is your first volatile market, or maybe you have been down this path with us before.  Either way, our mindset is constant, intentional and unwavering.  Our focus is steadfast on the long game.
