Melbourne, FL – Allen & Company of Florida, Inc. in partnership with The Melbourne Regional Chamber is proud to present the Mid-Year Economic Forecast Breakfast being held Thursday, June 11th from 7 to 9AM at Suntree Country Club. This year features guest speakers Mark Eibel, of Russell Investments and Dr. Tony Villamil of The Washington Economics Group, sharing insights from a local, national and international perspective.
Mark Eibel, CFA, Director, Client Investment Strategies at Russell Investments will review 2015-2016 and share his outlook and investment strategies for the years ahead. Ebel began his Russell career in 1984 and has led multiple research teams for the company. He is a principal spokesman for Russell’s investment process and frequently speaks to clients, industry conferences and the media. He is a frequent guest on television and radio networks such as CNBC, Bloomberg TV and Bloomberg Radio.
J. Antonio Villamil is Dean of the School of Business at St. Thomas University of Florida and Founder and Principal Economic Advisor of The Washington Economics Group (WEG). Villamil has a successful thirty-year career as a business economist, university educator and high level policymaker for both federal and state governments. He founded The Washington Economics Group, a growing global-oriented economic consulting practice in 1993. He is an active member of the President’s Advisory Committee on Trade Policy and Negotiations in Washington, D.C., providing advice to the Executive Office of the President on trade and foreign investment issues.
